Mythian smiled  t him "I love it... it's the mmost beautiful dress I've ever seen"

"I'm glad you like it," he smiled. "But the dress doesn't do you justice." Running a hand along the material, he added, "It'll adjust to fit you at all times."

Mythian smiled and watched his hand "I'll probably wear it out" she laughed

"I'll just add shadow to it," Mordred grinned as he withdrew his hand and sorted through his own clothes. "It's not wearing out."

Mythian smiled "Then I sha'll have it forever"

"Exactly," Mordred said. "Just like I'll be yours forever." Once dressed he opened the door. "Shall we go for a ride?"

Mythian nodded and hurried along after Mordred "it's been ages since we went riding!"

"No kidding," he agreed. "I've missed riding with you." When they reached the stable, Mordred signaled for the servants to saddle two horses. "You sure you'll be alright?"

Mythian nodded "just ride near me, I will be fine"

Mordred nodded then helped her into the saddle before mounting his own horse. "Let's go," he grinned as he led the way down the path.

Mythian  was helped onto her saddle then followed after him. "Have you explored all the land without me?"

"Most of it," he admitted. "I needed more places to train since I figured you didn't want the beach completely destroyed."

Mythian nodded "is it all as beautiful as the beach?"

"Yeah," he smiled, eyes glazing with memories. "Some of it's even more beautiful. There's a waterfall in a clearing that absolutely stunning."

"Can you take me there?" Mythian asked.

"Of course," Mordred replied. Ten minutes later, he led the way into the clearing. Crystal water cascaded from a small cliff and fell into a shallow pool that turned into a stream. There was a peaceful feel to the clearing and Mordred's dark eyes lost their usual wary expression. "What do you think?" he asked.

Mythian  smiled "help me down" she said as she looked around st the most beautiful site she'd ever seen,

Once he'd dismounted, he moved to Mythian and lifted her down. Kissing her, he smiled. "Do you like it?"

"I love it" Mythian said, walking around and stopped at the edge of the water.

Mordred joined her at the water's edge. Kneeling, he ran a hand through it, enjoying in the cold. "I thought you would."

Mythian nodded and smiled at Mordred then gasped in pain as she felt a gush of wetness fall between her legs.

Mordred's eyes went wide. "Don't tell me that..." he started before his voice failed him.

Mythian yelped in pain and quickly st herself on the ground "it hurts!" She yelled.

Mordred swore and moved to her side, taking her hand and transferring pain. "Hold on, Myth. Hold on. I'll get you back."

Mythian yelped again and shook her head "no! It hurts to much to move!"

"Myth," Mordred protested. "I don't know how to deliver a baby!" His voice with faint, terrified, and breathless.

Mythian shook her he'd in tears "just get it out!" She begged laying back on the ground.

Mordred swallowed hard and nodded. Struggling to keep his breathing under control, he focused on Mythian and the baby.

Mythian pulled her dress up then gripped the grass. (We could time skip to when they finish the birth if you want?"

Mordred cradled the baby carefully, both terrified and elated by the new life. As soon as Mythian was well enough, he handed their daughter over to her, still struggling to breath right.
