Mordred accepted Ruth carefully. "Have fun, Myth."

Eve shot him a quick look. "No one knows who I used to be other than you. And no one needs to know."

Taking another bite of food, Morgana nodded. "I shouldn't stay too much longer. I don't want our darling brother knowing I still spend time with you."

Mythian nodded "Oh I will" she said smiling and leaving with the dress maker.

Sham nodded and fell silent. "I apologize"

Morgous laughed "Yes, he might begin to think you are under my influence"

Mordred winced and gave the woman a small sympathetic smile.

She gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. "No need."

"We don't want that do we." Finishing the food, Morgana stretched. "I'll see you later, my dear sister."

Sham smiled then looked at Mordred "Sir, will I be accompanying you?"

Morgous stood, she walked around the table ad hugged Morgana "I'll count the minutes"

Mordred considered for a moment and then nodded, a gleam in his eyes. "Yes."

"As will I." Pulling back, Morgana gave Morgous one last smile before gliding out the door and into the hall. "I can't wait to see how all this plays out," she whispered to herself. "This could be very entertaining."

Sham nodded. He lowered himself and kissed Eve's hand then stood and smiled a her. "I will see you" he said then turned to Mordred.

Morgous smirked and left the room, she was going to find her son.

Once he'd found a comfortable position to hold Ruth, Mordred led the way to the door. As soon as they reached the road he set off. "You still want to be a knight?"

Ruth snuggled againstMordred

Sham raised his eyebrows in surprise "O-Of course sir"

"Hm." He was quiet for the rest of the walk, moving easily through the crowds. Five minutes later, he stopped in front of the blacksmith's. "Perfect."

"You wish for a new sword my lord?" Sham asked.

"Maybe," Mordred grinned. "But right now we're looking for you."
