Charlotte laughed. "Why thank you, kind knight."

Lancelot leaned forward and kissed her

"Easy there," she breathed, pushing him back a bit. "That's not a good idea."

"Why not?" Lancelot asked grinning.

Hilly sat up the next morning then put her dress on and exited the tent, she looked around for a moment before starting to set up a fire,but was only half way done before she grabbed and dragged away.

"Just trust me," she replied. "Besides, you're drunk. Your ability to make good decisions is compromised."

Gawain dressed and exited the tent then froze, taking in the half made camp and the signs of struggle. "What...?"

Lancelot smiled "I have a feeling this will be a good decision thoufh"

Hilly was screaming as Loud as she could until she was gagged and blindfolded. She contimued her struggle, until she was shoved into a sitting position and chained up. The blindfold and gag was taken off, and hilly found herself in the ,middle of a large dinning room, the table before her packed with all sorts of food.

"It won't be," Charlotte told him. "Go and rest, clear your mind of the fog."

Grabbing his sword, Gawain sprinted in the direction of the screams. When they stopped, he fell back on his training in tracking. The tracks were fresh and it didn't take him long to find the building she was being held in. Sword drawn, he advanced cautiously.

Lancelot grabbed her hand "come rest with me"

Morgouse sat across from Hilly at the gigantic table an smiled, "please, someone fix her something" she ordered, servants instantly began filling Hilly up several plates of extravagant food. Hilly grinned and started eating without question.

Charlotte watched him, expressionless. "I am not the kind of woman who would 'rest' at the side of a drunken man. If you feel the same when you're sober than come find me." Gently pulling away, she added, "Until then, good-bye, Sir Lancelot."

Gawain entered the room and his expression darkened uncharacteristically when he saw Morgous. "Mother. What is the meaning of all of this?"

Lancelot frowned "I will!" He yelled.

Morgouse looked up at Gawain "oh nothing, just getting to know your wife" she said gesturing to Hilly

Hilly was swallowing a big bite when she waved st Gawian. "Look Gawain! I have never even seen such fine food before!"

How did she know? he thought in alarm, remembering that something similar had happened to Mordred.
Guard up, he kept his expression controlled as he moved to stand beside Hilly. Putting a hand on her shoulder, he muttered, "Be careful. I don't trust her." Then, turning his attention back to Morgous he frowned. "There are better ways to meet her than kidnapping, Morgous."

Morgous shook her head. "You would never have brought her around, though I did wish to have a word with you Gawain."

"All this to talk to me," he snapped. "For the future, a simple summons would do. What did you want to talk about?"

Morgous shrugged "all I have done is brought your wife to eat the amazin meal she should have had on her wedding night. Come with me" She ordered Gawain then went into another room

Hilly looked up and held Gawain's hand,

"We can't talk here?" Gawain called after Morgous, intertwining his fingers with Hilly's.

Morgous sighed "No" She replied, loud enough to be heard.

Hilly clung to Gawain's hand

He glanced down at Hilly. "What's wrong?"

"Do Not do it" She told Gawain quietly then let him go and pointed at the door.

Frowning, Gawain nodded and went to join his mother. "What is it that you need to talk to me about?"

Morgous closed the door and turned to Gawain. "Do you Love your wife? of you do, you have to do something for me"

Gawain frowned. "What would you have me do if I said yes?"

"Convince Mordred to take rule of Camelot.'

Gawain laughed. "No. Even if I said yes, I'd never succeed. He won't rule Camelot unless it's his own decision."

"sO Make him make it his decision!" Morgous yelled.

"Have you met your son?" Gawain asked. "No one can make him do anything, Mother. Least of all his family."

Morgous glared "Then You wont be with your wife again"

Gawain watched her silently for a moment. "Taking this out on us won't help you," he said softly. "If anything, it'll strengthen Mordred's resistance."

Morgous shook her head "Do it. I will keep your wife in good care...as long as you do as I say"

Gawain closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Then, clinging to Hilly's words, he met Morgous's gaze. "I won't."

"Then she will be placed in horrid conditions" Morgous said bitterly.
