Ink! Empty Ink!

Post by Aunt Bran 22nd April 2015, 4:57 pm

I got my first tattoo last year -- at the age of 65 Smile  It's on my left hand -- a replica of my "mother" ring that was stolen when someone broke into my house and stole all my jewelry (most of which my dad had bought for my mom).

Did getting the tattoo hurt at all?

A bit, but not bad. Then again, I'm a tough ol' bird Smile Everybody said it would hurt on a finger because there's no fat. Maybe like a bee sting.

Not bad then. I heard it was painful on the foot though? Or neck. I'm probably gonna get a tat on my back eventually.

All my kids have them, and my daughter and I want to get another one -- alike. I figure it just has to be something I won't get tired of or be embarrassed by.
